In order for us to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, there are a few things you need to know about Printex:

CREDIT POLICY
We offer credit to:
• All Customers meeting verifiable criteria
• Special terms to VIP Members

We verify creditworthiness by:
• Ordering a credit report
• Checking references
• If current client, past payment history

The maximum amount of credit we offer is:
• No maximum
• Credit limit is determined by requested amount and credit history

The credit limit may be reduced if the customer has:
• A poor credit rating
• An unreliable payment history with us
• One or more past due bills

We offer credit terms of:
• Net 7 - net amount due in 7 days
• Net 30 - VIP Members only

Late payments result in:
• Finance charge of 1.5%
• Reduced credit limits
• Revocation of credit priviledges
• Revoke VIP Membership

We collect overdue bills by taking the following steps:
• At 5 days past due, we send a friendly reminder
• At 15 days past due, we call the customer

PROOF POLICY
In an effort to strive for accuracy, we will not print your order until a proof has been reviewed and approved by the customer. Printex will provide either an electronic proof or hard copy proof. Customer corrections are to be returned to us as a master set marked “OK AS IS”, “OK with minor corrections indicated”, or “Corrections needed, re-submit proof”. After the proof approval, Printex will not be responsible for layout, text or misspelling errors after the proof process. Proofs are for positioning only.

DEPOSIT POLICY
Printex requires a 50% deposit on all jobs for customers who are not a member of our VIP program.

TURNAROUND POLICY
Turnaround time begins with the receipt of your order. Printex generally provides proofs within 1-2 business days depending on the complexity of the design. In the event that production schedules are not adhered to by the customer, delivery dates will change. If the customer is supplying the artwork, we cannot guarantee delivery dates should there be an error due to incorrect pre-press design or the customer did not supply us with all the required files to produce the job.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Jobs canceled early are billed proportional to work completed.
